FAQ

  • Depending on how intricate the task is, projects can vary anywhere between 1 week and 6 weeks. Most commonly, brand books typically take 4-5 weeks to deliver and 1-3 weeks for lighter lifts. Do you even lift, bro?

  • When comparing plans, you may notice we run our plans on a “credits” system (think coins or tokens). This essentially means that you are allotted a specific amount of credits to spend each month. We like this because this system allows you to customize your monthly design requests, ensuring your monthly deliverables are flexible.

You’re probably now asking “how much does a design cost via credits?”

Let’s answer that in the following question:

  • Please reference > this PDF < to compare plans based on design services and costs. Don’t sweat it, you get more than you think!

  • 404 page is broken - and so is this question. ;)
All jokes aside, no, we don’t take on trial work. Please reference our portfolio to help you in your decision making process. If you are still unsure, we are likely not a good match for each other at this time.

  • We invoice an hourly rate of $150 for any work requested outside the first round of project submissions.

  • Of course! Be sure to hit the ‘inquire’ button here on our site to get the conversation started.

  • Awwww yeaahh. Most of the time clients will receive either a PSD file or vector file depending on the project.

On rare occasions, there could be cases due to confidentiality where we can’t share a certain layered file should it include something signature to our business, or perhaps, a typeface that you would need to technically purchase licensing for. Ya dig?
